Weight loss success stories were the greatest motivators for me when I was obese. After losing over 140 pounds in 2005, I became fascinated by the reasons that led others to achieve their health goals.
I also became interested in what others did to achieve their health and fitness success.
There is a lot to learn from others who accomplish their weight loss goals.
While successfully losing weight after 25 years of trying and researching success stories, I found there are many similarities achievers share.

According to the National Weight Registry Research common factors for successful weight management include:
Eat breakfast every day
Weigh yourself at least 1 time weekly
Limit television to less than 10 hours weekly
Exercise daily, preferably 1 hour
